Onsite testing is a great way to get a feel for the candidate’s personality and communication skills. It is especially helpful when there are multiple candidates/job seekers you need to evaluate at once, or if you are not familiar with the person.

The executive assessment process will help you determine if they are a good fit for your company and vice versa. It also gives them an opportunity to ask questions that they may not have been able to ask in an interview setting.

Onsite testing can take one of two forms:

1. Assessment Center – This is a day-long event that includes multiple activities designed to evaluate candidates’ strengths and weaknesses through simulations and exercises that mimic real-world scenarios. The assessment center usually takes place on company premises and is often used for management level positions.
2. Skills Assessment – A skills assessment evaluates specific skills that are required by your organization and provides feedback on how well each candidate performs those skills based on established performance standards. Skills assessments can be administered in person or remotely and can be adapted to fit your needs.
